Description

An understanding of retirement planning provides HR professionals with the tools needed to attract and retain top talent. In this 200-level course, you will explore private employer-sponsored plans, federal-sponsored plans, and retirement plans sponsored by financial institutions. You will learn how to help employees with retirement planning, design retirement plans, and assess how restructuring, federal legislation, and portfolio allocation impact retirement funds. This course also presents a model for ethical decision-making and analyzes the ethical components of specific retirement-related issues.
