Managing the Candidate Experience
Description
This course focuses on reaching out to candidates, encouraging them to apply, and gathering and screening applications. Learners will gain an understanding of how to write job descriptions that attract the right candidates, and will find out how to develop a fair and transparent process for ranking applicants and deciding who moves on to the next stage. Various types of biases will be examined, along with strategies to support diversity and inclusion. The course also describes how to improve the candidate experience by making the application accessible and by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process. Finally, learners will explore ways to use recruitment technology and analytics to streamline and improve their approach.
