This online course, aimed at HR professionals with one or more HRCI certifications as well as non-HR managers interested in promoting workplace wellness, is designed to help learners oversee and support an organizational culture that promotes employee well-being. Self-paced and highly interactive, the course outlines an array of management practices that will help your organization build an inclusive culture that supports wellness, including clear communication, support for employees who experience burnout or mental-health issues, steps to improve work-life balance, employee recognition programs, and effective change management. It includes videos, interactive games, and two case studies that ask learners to apply what they have learned in the course to real-world situations.
